Welcome to notaryvistaqx. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, intake forms, and document listings. By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement under Singapore law. By using our site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Booking Procedures

Appointments can be scheduled through our online calendar. All fields in the intake form must be completed accurately. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Fees and Payment

All service fees, digital product fees, and shipping fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars. Fees are due at the time of booking for services and at the time of order for digital and physical products. We accept credit card transactions and bank transfers as indicated on checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services (Notarial Appointments)

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation.

Rescheduling is available at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment via our contact form. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 25% of the service charge.

6.2 Digital Information Products

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to their instant access nature, they are not refundable once delivered. If technical issues prevent access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for evaluation. If we determine that access cannot be restored, we may offer a credit toward another digital product.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in unopened and original condition. To initiate a return, submit a request through our contact form. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to our office at 10 Bayfront Avenue. Returned items must be received by us in their original packaging. Refunds on approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the item.
